“Counselor”

It was a warm summer evening when Anna, a tenth grade student, received an invitation to become a counselor at a children's summer camp. It was unexpected, but the proposal seemed interesting. She always loved children and enjoyed organizing events and games.

Anna agreed, and preparations began for work in the camp. She studied methods of working with children, read books about psychology and pedagogy, learned to organize holidays and play games. She also worked on improving her communication and conflict resolution skills.

And then the day came when Anna went to camp. She was full of energy and ready for new adventures. On the very first day, she met her charges - a group of 20 children aged 7 to 12 years. They were very different: some were active and restless, others were shy and reserved. But Anna knew that she could find an approach to each of them.

Her work began with holding games for acquaintance and team building. The children were delighted with the new games and activities, and after just a few days they began to feel more comfortable and confident.
